Quick Gifts

I love hitting the Target Dollar Spot and checking out all the dollar deals at Michaels looking for things that I can easily alter & give as gifts. Speaking of Michaels, I stopped in there today on my lunch hour just to see if there was anything I "needed". Most of the items in the dollar section I had previously seen but this cute little notebook caught my eye.

Some how all 3 of these ended up in my hands.












I also found some dimensional stickers that matched some of the images perfectly.

I haven't felt very crafty lately so I made myself go down to my studio and actually do something with these right away. I have a closet shelf and 2 plastic drawers full of things I purchased with the intention to alter but just haven't gotten around to it. SShhh don't tell the hubby! S was actually glad I was in my studio so he wouldn't feel so bad about spending hours playing video games instead of hanging out with me. LOL. Back to the project...each notebook has whimsical images and the saying on the front which is what originally caught my eye.

I ended up with 3 quick gifts that would be perfect for a co-workers or a couple of friends. I haven't decided what I am going to do with them yet. First I need to decide what to do with the other dollar stuff I also bought today :) Here are a couple of other shots showing the dimension and the final results.

The great thing about these are that was nothing else I had to purchase or use in order to create these quick & easy gifts!
